This position is part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team in Melbourne, FL. This team is responsible for designing and maintaining the recruitment process, onboarding process, metrics and analytics, and external facing careers related material.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Manage day to day the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other related onboarding systems, including issue resolution and administration
Manage the requisition to onboarding systems process, and ensure data in various systems are correctly aligned and facilitates accurate reporting.
Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through audits and governance
Partner with TA Leadership and HR Analytics on recruitment metrics, dashboards and reporting to drive recruiting decisions and practices
Serve as a subject matter expert to successfully educate and train team members on all system functionality and processes and provide support to new TA team members.
Identify recruiting best practices and continuous improvement activities to help streamline and standardize our process
Partner with multiple stakeholders in the onboarding process including corporate technology, payroll and talent acquisition to ensure accuracy and a great new hire experience
Assist in TA projects aimed at improving performance, experience and efficiency, including new processes, integrations and/or implementations of new functionality
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Comprehensive understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action
Proficiency using social networking (ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
5 – 8 years of analyst experience, working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems
5 – 8 years of experience working with candidate date and you’re familiar with candidate management workflows, requisition data and other back-end data structures
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills displayed by asking the right questions, analyzing data and drawing conclusions or making recommendations
The proven ability to comprehend HR related systems architecture, work and data flows across key applications
Ability to deliver in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous working environment
Demonstrated strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Strong track record of building internal and external relationships
