now, we are seeking a Sr. Info Security Analyst, based at Western Union’s

location in Montvale, New Jersey.

In this role, you

will contribute to the effectiveness of Corporate Information Security and End

User Computing by leveraging your organizational change management and process

improvement skills to ensure that Western Union is enhancing our security

program to be the best in our industry and meeting PCI, SOC and other

regulatory requirements and delivering enabling technologies to enhance our end

user experience. The Organizational Effectiveness Sr Analyst will

contribute to driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater

proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to

increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and achievement of desired

results and outcomes.


are seeking specific experience with McAfee ePO deployment and

management within a globally distributed environment including

supporting distributed components such as Agent Handlers and distributed

repositories. The candidate should be familiar with setting endpoint

policies, HIPS, firewall, VSE and DLP. Additionally, experience with the

MOVE agent for servers and experience and/or

knowledge of the TIE and ATD infrastructure would be highly valued.

8 years of experience in an information technology role


years of experience with McAfee Suite Products (ePO, Virus Scan, Host IPS,

Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Site Advisor, Application Control, Policy

Auditor, Group Shield/MSME, Drive Encryption, Threat Intelligence Exchange

(TIE), Endpoint Security),


years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), required


years of experience in Project Management, required


understanding of Information Security processes and standards


in business process mapping and process improvement, preferred


in developing, delivering and maintaining Training Programs


to deliver high quality, on time deliverables


interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization,

decision making and conflict resolution skills


communication (both oral and written).
