The Role:
The Senior Demand Generation and Marketing Analytics Manager role is an experienced marketing professional who conceive and build a marketing analytics foundation to execute global and integrated marketing campaigns. This role will also be required to build and execute comprehensive campaigns across global teams in marketing and sales operations, events/field marketing, product marketing, corporate marketing and corporate communications.

In this role you will bring an understanding of leading trends, challenges, and buying behaviors for cyber security target audiences and use this knowledge to deliver insights across the marketing organization to drive demand and accelerate the sales cycle for FireEye products and solutions. We are seeking a rock-star marketing analyst with a penchant for campaign management who is naturally inquisitive, dynamic, creative, has great interpersonal skills and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Drive the strategic development and management of integrated marketing programs and campaigns with the purpose of driving awareness, influencing and educating the market, as well as generating pipeline/sales for the company. Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams on all aspects of campaign execution and project management, including calendaring, data segmentation, email and landing page production and localization, campaign setup, testing and optimization, and closed-loop reporting. Ensure cross-functional teams develop and deliver tactical plans that align to programs, with a clear focus on scalability, quality execution, and campaign outcomes.

Analytics and Segmentation Strategy : Be the resident expert and authority on how we apply analytics, audience testing, segmentation and list management. Own the demand generation analytics strategy and execution across channel and campaigns, including conducting various forms of analyses (e.g., cluster, regression, correlation, etc.), setup and processes, data analysis and reporting. Enable the team to also understand how cross-channel interactions impact business performance.

Testing & Optimization : Execute A/B testing campaigns with cross-functional team involvement from marketing and sales operations, sales, event/field marketing, designers, and developers. Design, develop, manage, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests. Document A/B test learnings and share learnings with others. Monitor the performance of all campaigns and digital channels, and continually optimize and improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, ad copy writing and testing, position, geo targeting, etc.), increasing acquisition efforts while driving efficiencies in our demand generation activities.

Reporting & Analysis : Coach and train others to execute their own analysis for their respective campaigns and channels. Advise campaign owners and marketing leadership on campaign optimization, including evaluation of the marketing and channel mix.

Cross-functional teamwork : Work cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, social media, PR/communication and creative to align on KPIs for consistent tracking.

Subject-Matter Expertise : Become a data mining expert that team members turn to for support on conversion tracking and setting up campaigns for measurement success. Also, establish and maintain documentation for analytics implementation.

Requirements:
7+ years in data science and/or analytics with a specialization in the marketing and campaign function. This includes having the experience in building multivariate tests, various models (e.g., statistical targeting optimization, ROI, decision trees, etc.), , cross-functional campaign reporting, attribution modeling and cohort analysis.

Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com a must.

Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success across online and traditional demand generation activities

Strong organization and project management skills including the ability to independently manage multiple projects in various stages and drive them to completion in a timely manner in a very fast paced environment

Track record of being proactive, have high energy, demonstration of a positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-past, team-oriented environment

Additional Qualifications:
MBA desired
