As a member of the Project Control and Practice Management team you will have the opportunity to work with multiple departments across MicroPact, engage directly with senior management and contribute to company performance. This is an integral role within the team that ensures our Sales and Professional Services teams are able to provide critical information to our customers and partners on time. This fast-paced position requires responsiveness, setting an operational pricing cadence for our teams. You will also provide our management teams with information, analysis, forecasting, and/or data visualization support by integrating data from various sources for the purpose making business decisions to drive better business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain the MicroPact quotes process and pricing templates. Prepare, review and revise pricing documents ensuring accuracy. Work closely with various teams to prepare formal quotations to provide to our clients and partners on a timely basis

Assist Proposal team with RFP response documentation by preparing pricing schedules and responses requiring quick turnaround

Liaise with various internal departments regarding pricing and projects; facilitate internal approval processes

Develop reports and dashboards to communicate status of opportunities, projects and other key performance metrics (KPIS) using available business intelligence too for company executives and manager. Analyze profitability and margin for key opportunities and projects

Provide ad hoc analysis within the Project Control team and to executives and contribute to key process improvement projects as needed

Maintain accurate and update to date records on pricing status, action items and approvals

Initial setup and ongoing maintenance of projects and resources in portfolio management solution (MS Project Server)

Job Requirements

Requirements :
Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups, formulas), MS Word Proficient

Strong SQL skills preferred

Experience with Business Intelligence or Reporting tools (e.g. Logi Analytics)

Recent Business graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree

A few internships or 1-2 years of experience preferred
