Job Description:Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain knowledge on procedures, policies, and directives, to answer any questions from the Director, PARCA, Deputy Director for Performance Assessments, or other authorized DoD personnel. Skill sets include formulating white papers to capture new concepts or specialized applications.

Develop reports and analyze performance metrics and programmatic documents against plans to ensure that cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Perform technical system analysis of very complex weapons systems and/or weapons portfolios.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of the DoD acquisition process, particularly as it pertains to MDAPs or MAIS programs.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of sources and detect overarching trends.

Demonstrated ability to draft consolidated analysis in a clear, concise manner with limited editing required.

Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, scientific, technical, management, or related discipline that is relevant to the contract. Five to seven years of DoD experience, preferably with substantive experience operating within a Pentagon/OSD/Service staff/Joint Staff/Program Office environment.

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
