Intelligent Waves has an immediate opportunity for a Multi-INT Analyst / Methodology Designer with experience working alongside special operations personnel. The Multi-INT Methodology Designer will be located primarily in the Northern VA region and should be equipped and ready to travel OCONUS and work within multiple theater locations for between 4-6 month rotational periods. This position is part of a significant growth area of Expeditionary Intelligence and IT personnel supporting a Major Joint Command Operation. Candidates for this operation must meet the security clearance requirements of TS/SCI, meet medical travel requirements, and demonstrate successful deployment experience during active duty military and/or contractor service.

General Duties Include:
Provide multi-intelligence (multi-INT) all-source analysis, link analysis, geo-spatial visualizations, and high value target development. Assist with crafting new methodologies and provide ideas for rapid software prototypes in support of the Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies. Deliver in-depth network analysis on foreign fighter threat networks operating across CENTCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM to units across the US Whole of Government. Provide support to new technology initiatives through tool design, methodology development, requirements generation, and pilot testing. Monitor trends and events related to global threat groups and transnational foreign fighter facilitation networks and prepare and deliver written and oral assessments to senior leadership.

Qualifications the Intel / Methodology Designer will posse,s include:

4+ years of experience as an intelligence analyst in support of DoD, FBI, DHS, DEA, or JIATFs

3+ years of experience with the use of multi-INT search engines, including ATS, M3, Query Tree, SKOPE tools, or EPICENTER

1+ years of experience with corroborating multiple INTs over space and time or designing new methodologies and workflows

1+ years of experience with link analysis and geo spatial visualization tools, including Analyst Notebook, Palantir, and Google Earth

Experience with designing methodologies, visualizing data in unique ways, and working with technologists to automate and expedite intelligence analysts’ workflows, including defining requirements, testing, and training of new tools and workflows

Experience with SIG tools like, Voltron, Proton, Polaris, ICReach, or FireTruck

Experience with mapping transnational foreign fighter facilitation networks

BA or BS degree is preferred, however applied expereince will be accepted in lieu of degree.

Active TS/SCI Clearance is mandatory (with the DoD)

This position will pay a competitive CONUS compensation package – as well as OCONUS for traveling/deployment times.
