- This department is part of FactSet Content
Operations. The Content Operations department is
responsible for designing, collecting, and
implementing new data products in addition to
enhancing and supporting existing ones at FactSet.
Within Content Operations, the main role of this
department / group is to provide the best of the
street information / data on the ETF business
globally. This role will work in tandem with
counterparts around the world (in New York,
Connecticut, San Francisco, Paris, London, Manila,
and Hyderabad) to research, develop, and support new
content for FactSet’s ETF products.
- Provide research on new content to be added to our
ETF products. Research will be based on client
feedback, internal company strategy and personal
- Support our internal and external clients in their
new content requests and other high level questions
on new data addition.
- Define and imagine how data will be collected.
Propose effective processes for a professional
document acquisition and a string data collection
(in productivity and quality terms).
- Survey the ETF business and liaise externally and
internally to define process and strategy for new
content addition into our ETF products.
- Propose, Manage and Pilot process improvement
projects in coordination with operations and
- 4 year degree in Finance or related field
(Engineering/Econ, Math/Econ, etc.)
- Strong interest in / knowledge of finance and
- Strong communication, organization, and
- Strong writing and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and to learn through
documentation and research
- Strong Analytical and Excel skills
- Experience working as part of a global team, or
international / multicultural exposure (the team
being global: NYC, Norwalk, San Francisco, Paris,
London, Hyderabad, Manila)
- Technical skills are not required but will be a plus
