As a Marketing Analyst & CRM Specialist with MH Equipment, you will report to the Marketing Director and work with other members of the Marketing Team on the coordination of marketing initiatives that focus on company-wide efforts to execute the company’s short and long-term marketing and branding strategies. JOB SUMMARY :
As a Marketing Analyst you will collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential product and service opportunities. You will be responsible for generating awareness and identifying qualified leads from marketing activities that will serve to build an Opportunity pipeline for MH Equipment’s Field Sales teams. Marketing Analysis activities will include supplementing and analyzing our MH Equipment data to increase awareness of our markets, suggest recommendations, and support decision making for our sales and marketing teams. The role requires working with CRM systems in order to analyze data and improve sales processes.

As a CRM Specialist , you will serve as an admin for our Salesforce instance and provide support to Sales with the preparation and analysis of performance data and reports creating meaningful performance dashboards to monitor forecasting, bookings, sales, and inventory. Provide training and conduct necessary troubleshooting.

PRIMARY / ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Analyst

Identify new client relationships and opportunities within new and existing accounts.

Contribute to sales strategies and solutions to capture market share and identify products and approaches of potential value to targeted accounts.

Collect and analyze data on customer and prospect demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits, to identify potential factors affecting sales.

Using our past sales history, analyze current customer data for additional incremental sales opportunities.

Work closely with the sales team to define and execute short and long term business development strategies for their individual territories or regions.

Regularly review targeted account list with sales team to cover strategy, sales tactics, activity levels, wins/loss analysis, and pipeline review.

Research competitor marketing tactics, market conditions and trends in the industry in order to provide recommendations to manager for marketing campaigns that will further enhance business development our sales team.

Design, manage, and nurture lead generation programs which include experimenting with new vendors and programs; and then analyzing the results to continually integrate findings into subsequent lead generation programs.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MH Equipment’s products and services in order to accurately promote.

Research and manage third party data providers (Hoovers, InfoUSA) Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of MH Equipment products and services, industry trends, and competition.

Foster the enterprise culture throughout the office by being a positive role model for team; demonstrate and reinforce core values and cultural pillars.

Provide independent thinking, creativity in analyzing data and presenting compelling visuals.

CRM Specialist

Assist with the administration, customization, integration and development of our Salesforce.com system

Assist with the on-going development of centralizing our business intelligence and knowledge management capabilities for account and contact management, opportunity tracking and forecasting

Troubleshoot the system to remedy problems.

Provide administration and support of our CRM database including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows and validations.

Assist in developing internal infrastructure to leverage CRM activity including access levels and data visibility.

Collaborate with Marketing to fully leverage our marketing automation capabilities and related campaign management efforts

Performs other duties as assigned.

Marketing Analyst & CRM Specialist

Job Requirements

As a Marketing Analyst & CRM Specialist with MH Equipment, you must a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, at least 2 years of work experience, and strong writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in grammar and proofreading.

Additional requirements for the Marketing Analyst & CRM Specialist includes:

Individual must hold a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

Minimum of two years of related professional experience.

Must have sufficient analytical skills to execute, analyze and report research data.

Experience working with MS Excel including familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data sorting.

Excellent verbal, writing, editing and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and a sense of urgency.

Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus.

Motivated self-starter requiring limited supervision.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job.

Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress, and preparation.

WORKING CONDITIONS : Flexibility to work the days and hours as required. Base hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Time commitment may exceed a 40 hour work week with occasional overnight travel. This position is exempt from paid overtime.
