The Junior Media Buying Analyst is a key member of the performance marketing team and reports into our digital marketing leadership. The Junior Media Buying Analyst will be experienced with user acquisition and media buying analysis for free-to-play games and have experience negotiating ad buys within mobile, desktop, or mobile gaming. The Junior Media Buying Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of the user acquisition funnel for all active games and partner with the business intelligence team to measure return-on-investment. The Junior Media Buying Analyst’s work will have a tremendous impact on games to be seen and played by tens of millions of global players!

What you’ll be doing:

    • Responsible for acquisition/user funnel analysis and optimization for all active games
    • Conduct thorough analysis to derive new findings to greatly optimize mobile marketing campaigns to acquire new and engaged users at large scale
    • Collaborate with different teams within the marketing department to deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns
    • Work with other team members in sharing intel of digital ad buying and work with business intelligence team to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimizations
    • Effectively and efficiently lead performance-based paid acquisition marketing efforts to reach acquisition goals
    • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and cultivate relationships with partners and companies that can support profitable acquisition, including platform owners (e.g. Apple, Google, Amazon)
    • Find and/or develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition and be able to make necessary enhancements to drive added value

Your background and who you are:

    • 0-1 year in data analysis experience, preferably in performance marketing
    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to learn and understand creative development
    • Manage fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on schedule
    • Moderate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Strong quantitative skills
    • Able to effectively learn performance marketing concept and campaign management
    • Ability to develop negotiation and influential skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Math, Performance Marketing or related technical degree.
