Job Description

The intern candidate will work in the Operations & Research team within the Intel Patent Licensing Group. Responsibilities will mainly include performing data analysis and business research to support patent licensing and patent acquisition projects.

The ideal candidate is expected to perform tasks included but not limited to: –

  • Collect and analyze market
  • Business and patent data.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research.
  • Generate written research deliverables using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Perform other ad hoc research under direction of attorneys and manager.


The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and team oriented environment

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance..
  • Must have minimum of one year experience in: -Excel Pivot Table -Excel V-lookup -PowerPoint presentation
  • Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship Inside this Business Group
