The Human Capital Analytics Analyst II contributes to the organization’s success by collecting and analyzing human capital and HR data and metrics to identify important workforce trends and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business. This role is responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and for translating it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.


Produce actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights by utilizing SQL (creating scripts, database objects, stored procedures, etc.).

Use multiple data sources including Oracle HR and other databases to run queries to extract data ensuring the information are complete and accurate.

Aggregate periodic management information reports and provide other ad-hoc analytics as required.

May develop documentation and support materials by collaborating with key stakeholders.

Create regular and ad-hoc reports, data mining, data consulting and data analysis as needed.

Perform basic statistical modeling and forecasting.

Handle other special projects as assigned. Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

2+ years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases (i.e. Oracle, SQL Server) required.

Proficiency creating optimized SQL statements required.

Experience creating database objects (i.e. stored procedures, indexes, triggers, etc.) is required.

Knowledge of Alteryx, TOAD, SQL Oracle Developer, SSMS, and Tableau business intelligence tools.

Knowledge of human resource systems is a plus. EMPLOYMENT
