Job Description

Serve as an Associate Federal HR Quality Assurance Analyst supporting the Payroll function within Personnel, Payroll, and Benefits (PP&B).

Serves as a Quality Assurance Analyst reviewing payroll cases that require research, audit/payment processing and detailed analysis. These items include, but are not limited to: Address Changes, Direct Deposit/EFT forms, Federal/State/City/Local tax forms, leave transfers, Financial Allotments, Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP) recipient applications and donation forms, payment reissues, Child Support and Garnishment documents, and TSP Catch-Up

Ensures all documents, forms, paperwork, etc., submitted for HR processing are accurate and complete according to established guidelines, regulations, policies, and/or standard operating procedures.

The candidate must have attention to detail. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills because this individual will work closely within the PP&B team as well as customers and HR experts within the field.

Accuracy is critical.

Be able to work in a very high energy, fast paced environment. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task is critical.
