Essential Job Functions

Data intake, logging and media tracking.

Update data tracking and production tracking logs.

Run and monitor data processing.

Perform quality control procedures on processed data (Level 1 QC).

Generate project documentation.

Provide status updates to teams.

Run audit and exception reports.

PDF / TIFF Requests.

Create user accounts and reset passwords.

Assist with testing of new SD releases.

Escalate any processing related issues to a Senior Processing Specialist or eDiscovery Analyst team member.


Able to learn quickly, multi-task, and work well individually and in a team environment.

Maintain a strong attention to detail.

Capacity to adapt within a rapidly changing environment.

Data processing experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Microsoft Applications.

Technical background/interests a plus.

Knowledge of Imaging (Scanning & Coding) helpful.

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree or additional relevant experience.

Work Experience Required

1 year in technical field or equivalent College/University technical degree.
