Works with the product management team to identify, develop, and analyze a wide variety of operational information for managing business activities. Identifies key performance metrics, product requirements, reporting requirements and business goals. Performs highly technical operational analyses and makes recommendation. Works on diverse problems requiring in-depth knowledge of the business operations and products. Drives initiatives around improving business operations activities.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain Product Requirements using standard templates in collaborative manner with Product Manager and other cross organizational team members
Develop and maintain Business cases in collaboration with Product Managers, Business Unit Managers, and other cross organizational stakeholders including inputs from Sales, Operations, Global Services, and Engineering to capture of product Bill of Materials (BOM), build costs, and sales plans. Provides business case review and preparation support as needed. Provides coaching and mentoring to other analysts as required.
Develops operational measurements, defines business issues and provides recommendations and solutions to business challenges. Develops and implements new techniques and approaches in operational analysis using a global perspective.
Acts as a Business Partner for assigned Directors, Program Manager, and Product Managers providing specialized analysis to support the decision-making process. Performs analysis on key metrics and statistics that drive business decisions.
Analyzes processes within the supported organizations and provides recommendations for improvement. Drives approval of the recommendations and prioritization of the resulting initiatives.
Initiates and participates in strategic discussions. Represents Business Operations in strategic initiatives, providing the necessary input and analytics around business intelligence.
Performs other duties as required.

Experience developing business cases include cost inventory, BOM’s, and sales projections
Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation. Working knowledge of Aha! a plus.

Education Required: BA or BS
Experience Required: 10+ years relevant experience
