This is a global role to identify, develop, and analyze a wide variety of operational information for managing business activities. You will derive insights from our customer and transaction data to help drive revenue growth. You will identify key performance metrics and reporting requirements, provide complex analytical and statistical support and make recommendations to management. You will develop and prepare reports for use in business planning and analysis. You will lead efforts to understand and operationally improve the lead-to-opportunity-to-close process and driving metrics. You will also be the focal point for the sales compensation process. We work in a rapidly growing environment with evolving and changing needs. Local candidates only will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively analyze sales, transactions, trends, and customer usage at both a global and customer level to better manage our business and maximize revenue

Define system requirements and evaluate new solutions and BI tools as appropriate

Manage, integrate, and streamline data in different formats and from various platforms for consumption into analytics

Create and own sales dashboards and metrics

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and revenue

Prepare monthly commission reports and analysis

Create ad hoc reports and analysis as needed

BS/BA degree or equivalent and minimum of 4 years in a similar role

Experience in data analysis, decision support and use of analytical and BI software

Expert user; experience with Marketo or similar marketing automations solutions a plus

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables

Experience managing sales compensation plans

Background in a high growth start up or small company environment

Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills; able to work well with peers and management and effectively manage differences of opinion

Very strong problem solving and analytical skills

Superb organizational skills with critical attention to detail

Self-starter willing and able to take initiative

Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced and rapidly growing company
