Position Overview

This mid-level position will provide support to customers using Relativity and the Stroz Review platform, a proprietary document review tool used for high-profile litigation matters. The individual will be responsible for working directly with our Project Managers, and Client Service and E-Discovery Specialists in processing, training, and supporting our clients (top law firms and corporations) on how to effectively process their data and utilize the system to make their document review more efficient and cost effective. A normal work day will include data and production processing, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance on how to best use the system based on the client’s goals, all while providing superior customer service.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform data harvest on evidence collected by forensic lab and perform post-harvest email conversion tasks.
  • Data intake, logging and media tracking.
  • Update data tracking and production tracking logs.
  • Create projects.
  • Run and monitor data processing and perform quality control procedures on processed data.
  • Generate project documentation.
  • Provide status updates to teams.
  • Create database subschemas and release data into subschemas.
  • Run audit and exception reports; Create hit count reports.
  • Run TIFF requests and QC productions.
  • Generate privilege logs.
  • Perform simple searches.
  • Organize distribution folders.
  • Assist clients with basic functionality of SD platform.
  • Create user accounts and reset passwords.
  • Work with Development and IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with testing of new SD releases.


  • Strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience performing eDiscovery data analysis, data processing work, or document review support work.
  • Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior focus on quality-control and ensuring accuracy of work-product.
  • Focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to travel as required for on-site project work.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessitated by project work and periodic on-call rotation.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Work Experience Required

  • A minimum of two years’ experience providing eDiscovery services.
  • Relativity experience is a must.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Law, Nuix or other eDiscovery support platform experience is preferred.
