This mid-level position will provide support to customers using Relativity and the Stroz Review platform, a proprietary document review tool used for high-profile litigation matters. The individual will be responsible for working directly with our Project Managers, and Client Service and E-Discovery Specialists in processing, training, and supporting our clients (top law firms and corporations) on how to effectively process their data and utilize the system to make their document review more efficient and cost effective. A normal work day will include data and production processing, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering guidance on how to best use the system based on the client’s goals, all while providing superior customer service.
